I was very lucky to get to work with Newman Stewart to be recruited for my next role. Working with Charlotte and Simon along the way, they were brilliant every step and kept a very human element in the whole process. An excellent team of supportive people! Throughout the process, I felt continually supported and up-to-date, and especially appreciated the check-ins before interviews to make sure I was feeling prepared and to answer any questions I had. It was also good to get candid feedback at every stage, helping me feel like I was able to do my best in the interviews. I've had negative experiences in the past with other agencies, where the companies would come first and I felt pushed towards roles I wasn't suited for, so this was a really refreshing experience I think the team do an excellent job at doing the best for both their clients and their candidates.
