Nick recently performed some upgrade work to my flat including replacement of old storage heaters with Dimplex Quantum, replacement of other aged electric heating with new and performing upgrading where needed to the electrical installation. I couldn't be happier with either the work performed or the service I have received from Nick. Nick is extremely knowledgeable regarding all electric properties and the level of advice and guidance given above and beyond what I expected. He's probably the most responsive tradesperson I've dealt with. He did a thorough job and remained flexible as various aspects got tweaked along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I contacted nick about a Quantum storage heater that was not functioning correctly . Although he had not installed tha heater he talked me through some potential remedies before I had to incur a callout charge. Although at this point there was no profit in this for nick he not only gave up 15minutes of his time to help me but phoned me back the next day to check if his recommendations had worked. I thought this was exceptional given he had not installed the heater and that i live 70 miles from him so ongoing business would be unlikely. I wouldnt hesitate to use his services if the need arose.

An excellent job done by Nick, who put in the extra hours to make sure the job was completed to our tight schedule. The new storage heaters are worlds apart from the ones they replaced and so much more efficient . I'm glad I took Nick's advice re. which model to choose. I would definitely recommend Dunhill Electical.
