Thank you so much for your care, compassion and love you gave to our Yuki, she passed so peacefully, no pain, no stress or anxiety. We will miss our little Yuki with all our heart.

Both my husband and I are so grateful for the gentle and considerate way you helped us say goodbye to Myrtle our working cocker spaniel. After 15 years of affection from the most loving of dogs it was incredibly hard to take the decision but the House Vet made all the difference to a very sad day. We cannot recommend them more highly. Having to say goodbye to Murphy was one of the most difficult decisions Ive had to make. As soon as I was in contact with Karen she constantly reassured me and showed so much patience! On the day Karen and Sian were amazing, explaining everything as they went, knowing when to give us time to say goodbye and allowing us the time we needed. I couldnt have wished for it to be any better for Murphy.he was the best, deserved the best and you gave us the best, thank you

Nothing can change the outcome of the terrible day when you say final goodbye to a loved and cherished family pet. But Karen and Irene made the process bearable. We said bye to our beautiful and beloved Boris yesterday but know that he felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. Thank you both so much for treating us and Boris with such compassion and sympathy.
