However, twice now they have got one of my horses vaccinations wrong. The day she was supposed to have her 2nd jab for flu, the vet read the date on the batch number of the 1st jab as the date due rather than looking at the actual date section, so she left and didn't give the 2nd flu jab. (My partner dealt with the vet that day as I had work) I assumed the vet would be competent and do what was needed regarding the 2nd flu jab, which wasn't done until a few days or so later, when they realised their mistake.
Today I was working and a family member told me the vet was here, was confused as the next flu jab isn't due until 6 months after the 2nd. They tried to say the rules have changed, which they haven't (have double checked)
This has made me lose faith in this practice for any treatments and would only use again for clipping.
