We have been with the Action Coach Bristol team for a little over two years now and have not looked back. Our company has transformed from 2 guys working all hours and "on the tools" to a business where we can now walk out of the door and it runs itself if needed. Highly recommended.

If you havent contemplated coaching or unsure then I strongly recommmend going for the complimentry coaching session, since then me and my business have grown and allowed me to purchase a 2nd franchise by conquering my fears and given me the skills to become a leader and boss I can be proud off.

My team and I recently had our first group coaching session with Gary at Action Coach and it was fantastic! The team were a little apprehensive but at our de-brief they ALL said they felt re-invigorated, focussed and motivated to work towards our business goals. They all loved Gary! I've been having coaching with Gary since last summer and have come to rely on our weekly sessions. The goals are big and exciting and after running my business for 14 years, Gary has given me a new found energy and enthusiasm for the next 14 years in business. I only wish I'd done it sooner.

I am 2 months into my business coaching with Corinne Lewis at Action Coach and WOW:: I have changed, my business direction has changed too and already the work hours feel focussed, I have improved my mindset and time management too thanks to amazing reading lists and coaching sessions to overcome some personal hurdles. I would recommend ActionCoach, and particularly Jane, to anyone looking for executive coaching. I have had a great experience and feel Ive benefitted hugely from Janes advice and guidance particularly in increasing my confidence in my leadership ability. I feel much better equipped to face the challenges ahead in leading my team and growing my business.
