We had a wonderful experience despite such a devastating loss. My partner and I lost our nearly 3 year old rat, Flitwick, early yesterday morning. His ashes are back home with us today already. Tom was very kind as I stood there awkwardly trying not to cry, making my fiance do most of the talking. He went above and beyond for us with our special requests, ones that Flitwick would have most certainly demanded in his dramatic (and a wee bit greedy) cheeky fashion. Thank you for taking such good care of him for us, Tom. And thank you Willow Haven for being there to care for us and Flitwick during our time of grief.
