        This cafe is a joke. The service is terrible. There were 4 people who were supposed to be working there, only 1 was. The other 3 were out at the back just talking. We were in the queue for a good 20 mins. In that time 4 people left because of the wait and very inept service. If you want to eat here or purchase anything to eat then may I make a suggestion - order it the day before, you might if your lucky get it on the day if your visit. Don't hold your breath though. Shambolic, ignorant, lazy staff with no concern whatsoever about the customers. Where were the grown ups! DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE.

        We had booked a vegan afternoon tea there after our studio visit and were really super satisfied. The service was good and the food very tasty. You get tea or caf, a water and if you ordered it also two glasses of champagne. The appetizers are partly Harry Potter themed which is cool. Would recommend it to everyone to book a tea time. Best after visiting the studios. Before that it may be a bit stressful because you should plan some time, after all, you get a lot for your money.
