After being a member of this surgery for best part of 30 years (im 34 now) I was really quite saddened to receive a call from my doctor telling me I'm no longer in the catchment area even though I haven't moved. im currently investigating if other patients have been allowed to stay who live the same distance as me (6.5miles) as I am very saddened to be told to leave after being there so long. This has really really upset me after being a member of this practice for most of my life. :( im sure they have patients the same distance that I live and have been allowed to remain. I really hope that this is not the case. VERY UPSET! the only reason I have rated this 2 star is I feel I have been treated very unfairly and when called to question the doctor didn't care at all!

Horrible people work there. When I was still living in England they would force me to do blood test to "know more about me" and "we need to controll everyone", disgusting! I'm not living in England for 4 years now and still receing messages to book blood appoitment. Shocking practice

Fantastic surgery. Reception staff are polite, helpful and very efficient and the Drs are thorough and really listen to you. They treat you like a person and not just a patient. The best surgery Ive ever experienced.

A really lovely surgery. Every single person working here has always treated me kindly and with respect which, as a transgender guy, is something I am so grateful for.
