The van was good once we sorted out the booking. I had rung a week earlier & booked the van for the day & then found they had no record of the booking when I turned up at 8:30am on the day! Initially correspondence good once I got the van with copies of mileage, any damage, etc. But after I dropped it back that evening there were no emails at all, including any confirming what amount they would be taking for additional mileage over the 100 mile free amount. I did receive a balance back onto my card 4 days later, but no explanation as to how they calculated the amount. Shame when part of the service I received was good.

Kendall van hire can't fault them. Use them most of the time. Staff friendly and do the best they can do to get vechile hires you require.
