    An absolutely disgusting service and no response to questions like which channel theyhave as I had issues with some channels were not loading while being adertised. I was told only to check my internet connection. Obviously, it was not the issue as all otgher channels were working fine. They advised me to send them the smart box back so they check. They said it would take 2-3 days. I posted them my box and haven't heard from them for a week until I started chasing it. I told them I sent it and their whatsapp responder only said that they advised me to do that 2 months ago. That is true but at that time they said they would chech for those channels from their side. Nothing was done. After I started chasing my box, they said they are not able to check as theer was no remote control and there were no cables (that I apparently was supposed to send alongside - to the techical support for a minute so bear this in mind). When I received my box back a month later, I realised they didn't even open it! This is my -1 comes from. Avoid and look for better service
