Me and my partner checked out the Abbey Spa in Barking and opted for an hour message followed by a thirty minute facial. I have to genuinely say my therapist Sarah-Jane was extremely attentive. She asked all the right questions, consistently checked in to ensure the pressure she was applying was suitable and even spoke me through my skin routine with recommendations. The hour massage Sarah-Jane provided was one of the best I've had in a while. I required a firm massage and that's exactly what I got. Thanks to the team at Abbey Spa for a wonderful day and a special shoutout to Sarah. Honestly management team please give her a raise, she knows what she's doing and her customer service is second to none!

I I attended the Abbey spa, with my daughter in law. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Our treatments were carried out by Sarah Jane. We opted for the back massage and the mini treatment of hand and arm massage. Sarah Jane took the time to find out what areas we felt needed the most attention. I suffer with arthritis which makes me feel very anxious, but this just eased away, as she really made us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this spa
