The geography teachers are amazing! they are all great and super kind. Miss Chapman (the head of geography) is kind and affectionate. The school in general is also fantastic. :)

This is the perfect fit for children on free school meals or selected minority background. It ticks all the boxes required by the government. For every one else, this is extremely stressful place, where the principal is very determined to keep everyone following prison structured rules. If you are sending your child there , be prepared for that. The punisment system takes priorities over studying and your child will be removed from classes to get the detention and miss out on the subject. Be also prepared for the fact that the school moto is Brexit means Brexit. If you realise that later and move your child to another school - good luck with that!!! The principal is very determined to not let you do it and will come after you with even a personal vendetta. I went through that ordeal. Still recovering and going counselling for help with the post stress from management and bullying. If you need more information I am happy to answer. Emails record is kept as proof and will be sent to newspapers as soon as I recover.

This a a great school with great teachers specifically Mr Maurice! The support for parents as well as the children is fantastic. The information and advice given to us parents really helps us to understand what our children are going through and how we can best help and support them in their studies. The set up during the pandemic was quick, reliable and worked really well. The discipline is firm and fair, its what you would expect from a good school. Everything is a reflection on the good head teacher leading.
