Extremely unprofessional behaviour from one of the team members called Yasmin Marcham. She misunderstood my email then was very sarcastic and very rude to me. Regardless of how I communicated with her, as a professional manager and recruiter (so she calls herself) she should never speak to anyone in such way. Very childish and unprofessional. Also, she was meant to get back to me regarding my interview process, even if it didnt progress further like she said she would. Again nothing. Very poor. Would not recommend.

Can't recommend Sovereign & Bale highly enough - Zak and the team offer a friendly and professional service that I haven't found in normal recruitment companies. They're super-passionate about what they do, and they certainly get results. Outstanding - 5 stars.
