Honestly the other reviews are definatley paid for. I stayed in a house share let by brh for 9 months and it was like a prison sentence.. The noise from the boiler would vibrate my room and wake even the deepest sleeper. Also slugs in the bathroom wall, definatley not hygienic. Not to mention no heating or electric for 2 nights in the middle of winter. With very little collaboration from the landlord about whats happening. The room i rented was an old converted bathroom. All old plumbing which is why i had the noise. I paid 495 a month so bit my pride and done it while i saved money. But i saw they put the room upto 525 and that is proof these people give zero courtesy or care towards their tenants, because they was aware of these problems and just wanted to rent it out asap for a higher price. Also. The new tenant that moved in promptyly told brh that he would be looking for a new place because of the noise.

We've been using BRH property management for a number of years now and have been really happy with Alex's service. He's always on call to sort out any problems at the property and to answer any questions we might have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent in Wimbledon.
