Domino's Pizza - London - Barking

WORST SERVICE EVER. IM DISAPPOINTED. THE FOOD CAME TO OUR HOUSE 1 HOUR LATER AND THEY FELT EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS RIGHT. Delivery driver didnt even knock on the door properly as usually the delivery driver will normally knock on the window for us to hear and for what they did, they didnt even help us out in any way but just accused me of lying that I couldnt hear any noise. They kept saying they were waiting for 20 mins and telling me that the driver was waiting but we didnt hear any car waiting for that long. Food came colder and later and we ended up getting our food now at 11:45 pm even though we ordered at 10:34 pm. JUST REALLY DISAPPOINTED AT THE DOMINOES BARKING BRANCH. Anyone who is planning to order from here, please just be aware of their service in advance.

Yesterday I ordered one chicken tandoori pizza & their system showing between 30 minutes they will deliver. 9.47 pm I ordered & pizza delivered by 10.45 pm. They took one hour. When they notified driver is on its way & deliver in 10 minutes from that time I tracked but driver doing the delivery other places. My pizza came after 26 minutes & pizza was cold. Absolutely waste my money.

The only reason its not 1 star is the pizza turned up. Problem was it was hardly cooked. Do yourself a favour, order from anywhere else other than here. An absolute embarrassment to the franchise
