        Unprofessional staff never received prescriptions on time always Trainee Pharmacist or Dispatch Tech. Once order repeats prescription she said will be ready on Monday when I went there nothing was there no proscription not process and I was run out of Medicines.

        I was there yesterday to pick up my medication at abbey Pharmacy , I was ignored while staff disputing delivery schedule. Ten mins later I was asked can I help you and I said Ive come to pick up my medication, I waited and waited and waited and queue was getting longer and longer. I was very disappointed how that shop operating and no customer service. I did have words with members of staff and I felt their did takes my complaint seriously, Now I will be changing my chemist to better and where I can get served properly in mind customer comes first .Farook
