Nail are done really well but customer friendliness is quite poor. The staff are often stern/cold.

Had a terrible experience with one of the male nail technicians. This technician was very rude and very unbothered about the business that pays him. He refused to do a design for me and his reason was that I dont want to do it because Im lazy. I attempted to encourage him and I remained polite but his rudeness only increased and at this point I had enough. I had to tell him off. Do your job! I even changed my design for him , something more simple after he attempted the first design with poor execution, on purpose. He didnt even try. Many people have a poor attitude and try to hide it but this guy didnt, he was like a child. All in all, the shop owner (I think she was on holiday) shouldnt employ individuals like him who dont care about reputation and business that is not theirs. Service: Acrylic nails
