I can say is the quality has decreased
Immensely recently. Charging us high prices but using inexperienced staff. The state of the shop is absolutely horrendous using tools covered in rust and mould. Clearly stopped cleaning. Im happy to say from today I will no longer use their business. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Ive been coming to Rose Nails for the last 15 years & have been incredibly loyal, which is not reciprocated. I usually attend monthly & have an appointment booked. Today, I had a broken nail & was unable to book an appointment, I was met with someone informing they could do absolutely nothing for me, regardless of how long I waited. I didnt expect to see my regular technician (Eric) or to be seen imminently but, expected my custom over the last 15 years to be recognised. So disappointed as I now have to find another nail shop.
