Very rude and when they have to give you a refund they put allegations that you like taking refunds. They are quick to take your money but not to give refunds. I bought a headphones from them for 8, returned them with a receipt within 2 days, because they were faulty. They took my original receipt and did not issue me with any receipt for a refund to be processed, which seemed dodgy. I was originally told refund takes 2-3 days after, it takes more days then a month because I paid by credit card, every second day I've been attending their shop to chase for my refund and today got accused of having a habit of taking refunds. Who gives them the right to say such things. I walked away furiously without a refund but with dignity and will be reporting them to the ombudsman.

Had an issue with my Samsung A71 screen called other places before calling Technobiz Barking they were the cheapest for a original screen fast service had my phone repaired within 2 hours highly recommended excellent service you can park in the Asda car park its a 2min walk and 1 hour free parking.
