I came in yesterday and was greeted by a lovely young lady who was in training, zaina I believe was her name. She was super helpful and understanding and she took the time to sit down with me and really help me with my phone. I was struggling to get my sim card to work and after she had a look through, she worked her magic and it was working by the time i left the store. Great store with great staff definitely recommend being seen by zaina if you are coming in! Thank you guys

Three have deleted/reported my last review so here I am, back, writing another review so I am not silenced. Today 27/04/2023 around 1pm I visited Three Barking and was attacked and treated poorly by Madeline/Madalina. I walked in and was met by the manager who refused to serve me on the basis that she did not want to help me with my enquiry regarding my sim. I am an existing Three customer with a Three phone and sim plan. The manager was condescending about my enquiry and said that I should visit another store as they are apparently short staffed, with 5 staff members present at the time and 4 customers in the store. Because I was not there to buy a product, the manager said it was not worth helping me. Her worker did try help me but was met by abuse for doing so by Madeline. Madeline was shouting and swearing in her Native European language about me. I tried recording the incident but Madeline then grabbed my phone and tried damaging my property as well as aggressively walking toward me to assault me. I will be pressing legal charges and have made a formal complaint to Three.
