Bairstow Eves Sales and Letting Agents Barking

This company are fraudsters. I am a landlord. In my first year with them, they over-charged me several times by adding services to my account that I had not asked for. The total was 336. Not a huge amount, but it's the principle. I tried several times to obtain a refund, but they failed to even respond to my phone calls and emails on the subject. After several months they had failed to reimburse me and were just ignoring me, their client! As a result of their atrocious behaviour I moved my business elsewhere. Terrible organisation. I would strongly advise against using them.
