Came here which i booked through my leasing company. I was there 2.5hrs. Appointment was at 1030 and I left at 1. Everyone who came after me left before me. They were reluctant to change any tyre as they said tread was 3mm and the leasing company wouldn't authorise. BMW and on-board car computer was highlighting they needed to be changed. I called the leasing company and they said they would authorise all four tyres with no problem. An hour later kwik fit employee said the back tyres are 5mm and dont need to be changed which i understand. An hour after that I then left.I understand they are busy but i was there 2.5hours and all i got was a half hearted apology by an employee whilst they were on the phone.

When I arrived at the centre, no staffember in the reception. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment at 13.45pm. I had to wait a total of 30 minutes before anybody came over to attend. There were mechanics standing around in the garage on there phones/watching videos, but nobody came over to attend even though they made eye contact with me. When the Manager, I believe came into reception, he then acknowledged me and what I needed. I told home that I prebooked a MOT online and the time. At no point did he apologies for the wait as 15mins had already passed my appointment. He then tells he hadn't seen the booking and looked on his computer. He then asked my to bring my car into the garage and parked in the bay provided. The MOT tester didn't speak or explain what the next step were and how long it would take or how long I had to wait. When I promoted him, he said about an hour. I then return within the hour and collected my car. Just a very poor experience and lack of any customer service and communication skills in this garage.
