I have bought two cars and sold one here, the service is exceptional. I would not normally leave a review but the negative review was bugging me as it was the opposite of my experience.

Really unhappy with the vehicle i purchased here. Was assured by the dealer that everything had been checked and serviced. Have since checked the documents i was given and theres scant evidence of this. Broken down 3 times in a month each time a different reason. Unfortunately ive learnt that the hard way that i should have had an AA or RAC check done first. Taking it back to them to sort out isnt an option, as im based over 100 miles away and need this vehicle for my business. The warranty they supply isnt worth bothering with, theres more small print than the brexit deal. Proceed with extreme caution if you are thinking of buying from this company.

I just bought my car from Samsons automotive Industries and they were more that efficients, they were superb. They gave me 3 months of warranty, a full service and a new mot. The day after Ive called them because I was with some doubts about a noise that I heard and they were more than happy to have another look in the car, which they did happily. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will recommend them and their services.
