        Dreadful experience. I had a large irregular shaped off cut of carpet from a Tapi Carpets fitting which I wanted made into a rectangular shaped rug. I was recommended this company by the fitter and was told that theyd whip it whilst I waited. I made the long journey to their workshop and was told that Id need to drop it off and return in a few days. I returned in a few days and still it wasnt done as only the proprietor could cut the carpet and he wasnt around! I eventually got a call almost a week later saying the carpet was ready. I was charged a hefty 60 and was stunned to see that they whipped the carpet in its original odd shape! They had little interest in resolving the issue and said that I wasnt specific on what I wanted when I dropped it off. I recommend finding a carpet whipper thats more interested in customer satisfaction than this outfit. A real shame as the actual whipping work was good and these guys are supposed to be the best.
