You Nailed It

It was our first time renovating a bathroom and Romeo was very helpful and gave good advice for ensuring the project ran smoothly. He was polite and very prompt answering any queries we had, and showed high attention to detail. He works with a good team of tradespeople. We are delighted at the outcome of the bathroom and were currently using Romeo and team on another project.

Its an absolute pleasure to write a review for younailedit LTD. I have often seeked their services and each time I am left a happy satisfied customer. Most recently they fitted the state of the art bathroom for me. My design was challenging and complicated but with their can-do attitude, they provided the best service. Romeo, that heads the company, is an honest, friendly, helpful and hard working individual. He employs highly expert work force to assign each task to those specialising in it. We loved working with YOU NAILED IT LTD so much. They put new Engineering Wood Flooring tile on our Living Room, Reception and bed rooms and it's gorgeous. This was our first big home project, so we were a little nervous. The company and his crew do great work, they are efficient and detail-oriented, and they make sure everything is the way you want it. We loved that the would check in throughout the project to make sure we knew what was going on and liked how it was shaping up. We would recommend them to anyone.

I had this company complete some work on my flat in 2020, and at first I thought they did a good job. Now, a few years later, I can see that they just cut corners everywhere and that their work is unfortunately, abysmal. The floor wasn't installed correctly throughout the livingroom, so now there are boards slipping and forming gaps to the underfloor padding. There are multiple sections where there is a noticeable gap such as in the corners, where no floorboards were placed. When throwing away excess grout they put it down the toilet, which then solidified and has ruined my toilet. They tried to fix it but only caused scratches at the bottom of the toilet, and no matter what I do they are always these large black scratches at the bottom of the toilet. Also, they just left their trash everywhere from food packagind and drink bottles. Poor quality, would not reccomend.
