BMS Transport

They charge me from 7.30am to 13.30 yet they arrived at my pickup location at 7.50am and finished at my drop off location 12.38, yet there was not that said they would charge me from base. That is a rip off and very disappointing

Simply fantastic. Quick and careful, no-nonsense service. Responsive too. Can't recommend enough.

Polite and packed well, but all very rushed. We moved from a 3 bed detached to a 3 bed end terrace and did it over 2 days with BMS, including unpacking, to take the stress out. We'd downsized already too - selling a lot of stuff prior. The team were polite and packed well. However, they were very pushy on getting loaded and unloaded - on both days, not wanting to pause and take a break even when we wanted to. "Oh, but we're almost finished" - several times when they abundantly weren't. It seemed to be mostly about them getting away early each day. Shame, as we paid extra, over other quotes, for what we hoped would be a special service. I was called by BMS after for feedback which I gave. The lady did not seem jnterested, bar saying she'd "pass it on." Never heard from BMS again.

Thank you to Mark and Akilan for making our moving day with a 3 month old stress free!! We were so worried about it given we hadn't quite finished packing (moving with a 2yr old and 3 month old). We really appreciated your help and actually had fun. I got three quotes prior to moving and all were very similar but BMS were the most competitive for basic door to door service.

BMS did a brilliant job with our move in February 2023. We had the full pack and move service and it was very efficient - the movers were friendly and thoughtful, and everything came across in great condition. They were even thoughtful enough to leave the sofa and TV, as well as the bed overnight for us on our final night in the previous property. Would definitely use them again!
