Very careful with this company! They also operate under name Auto Protect. It's really hard to make claims, I had to go through the ombudsman for my claim to be successful and at the end (it was the faulty air condition compressor for my Audi), I've found out Red Sands Insurance Company is the policy provider through Auto Protect. Waste of time and stress dealing with this company. Customer service is just awful.

Any review above 1 star is, in my humble opinion falsified. This is a terrible company. They do not settle claims, save the money instead of taking out any policy with this company and use that money for when things do go wrong. That way you wont waste hours of your life trying to get through to their call centre and when you do they might even agree to settlement but never payout.

I bought my policy from click4warranty a little while ago and recently had to make a claim. I was really impressed with their customer service. I called their claims department and they found my nearest garage for me. The garage dealt with the claims department directly and I only had to pay the 10 excess, the rest of the repair was paid for by them. Their claims department was really helpful, I would recommend them.
