If you are looking for the proper Italian gelato, I am sorry but this ain't the best one. Too sweet and hard - gelato has to be really rich and creamy. Also quite pricey.

It has been made very clear to me today that this company do not care about customers. All they care about is profits. I was treated very badly by the staff in Wimbledon store. When I emailed a complaint they ignored my first e mail and I had to email again for them to reply. Their reply was just thanks for letting us know we will speak to manager of the store. Not even an apology for the terrible way i was treated by their staff. Which to me just says we dont care but thanks for contributing to our profits.

If you are looking for the proper Italian gelato, I am sorry but this ain't the best one.
Too sweet and hard - gelato has to be really rich and creamy.
Also quite pricey.
