Cold on arrival but easily heated.
Noisy (music nearby), until 3am - be aware, but didnt ruin our stay. It was a Saturday night.
Tea and coffee provided.
Some cosmetic issues (broken socket, walls, stains, but that didnt entirely represent the place at all - it had clearly had a lot of care and attention also.
All-in-all, would we go again if we want to drive into London, hit the tube network, come back after some drinking and stop the night before heading home to Essex? Yes we would!
