Welter is a great hairdresser and the salon is clean and tidy. Unfortunately, on more than one occasion, he has cancelled at very short notice hours before the appointment which did not show the level professionalism expected.On this particular occasion, Welter was so unreliable that a whole day had been spent waiting outside the salon with no reply from him - nor an apology.
