Ordered a item on the 21st December 2022 now were in 2023 still waiting messaged on Instagram,email and the app shop so Im still waiting for any order if not I want a refund and no its not a fake account before the owner says it and has a look at their emails and other apps

Poor communication and only stock low quality of products. Seems they are not interested in stocking high quality. I had to revert to online. Very disappointed.

Update 27 Oct: I was refunded for this order by seller in August, seller opened up an inquiry with shipper but my understanding is that the original order was never recovered. I appreciate for the refund, however for the overall service received, time lost in tracking and most importantly the books I ordered couldn't be read in time they should have been read. I was overall disappointed. I have upgraded the rating slightly for receiving the refund. Your mileage may vary. Update 11 Aug: I have received a reply from seller after posting this review. I will be happy to upgrade my rating if this gets sorted. Posted below on 11 Aug: Ordered 40+ worth of items on July18 ORDER IG#1811. It's more than 3 weeks and still waiting for parcel. They apparently sent it via Parcel2Go but it's in limbo, I have a tracking number but Parcel2Go policy says they will only inquire if sender asks for inquiry. So I have tried contacting sender (this company) multiple times over last 3 weeks. I have tried online customer support on website, all it says is leave a message and phone and we will call you back, which never happened, left message multiple times. I have sent emails, but no response. Tried calling no response. So trying my luck here now, as a last resort before I turn to my credit card company asking for money back. Also I am using this public forum to formally communicate that I will be asking for a money back if you don't respond to my inquiry by tomorrow.

they are the best! while other islamic shop on Ilford Lane is trying to rip off customers by charging ridiculous prices these guys are almost half price!!! And good thing is there is no compromise on quality, they sell same books and other items at a far discounted price and the Eid gifts I have bought for my family as much much better quality then other at almost half price. The only objection I have is that they don't open their shop daily and it's only few days a week or you have to shop on their website :-(
