Dry Cleaners

Used this dry cleaners about 6 times and the final two times they lost my laundry. Do not recommend, really unprofessional.

Giving 1 star for the garment being altered to the length I asked for but wont be back due to: - visible, rough looking stitching that doesnt seem like it will hold for long - not telling me when the item was ready (despite taking my number for that reason) so I had to make a trip to check - 1 for no ticket given on drop off / no receipt on collection / not accepting card payment - 1 for garment being handed back wrinkled in a plastic bag (but did put on a hanger when requested) - 1 for no proper changing space (either their tiny dirty kitchen or else between the racks of years-old uncollected clothing) Service: Alterations

Abysmal service! DO NOT USE THESE CHARLATANS!! Lost my trousers once and today went to pick up a saree, it was not cleaned and all the dirt marks were untouched. When asked, the owner didn't even got up from his seat to look and said it was done twice! After 10 minutes of talking to a wall I asked for refund which he refused let alone apologies for the work not done. Better still he said that he has been doing drying cleaning since before I was born hence he knows he jobs... clearly not. Customer Service: 0 Value for Money: 0 Rudeness: 100% Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

My experience has always been amazing with this company, so I'm quite surprised with the comments below. I've used this service twice now, once was to clean a vintage Moncler coat before my holiday to Prague as it had a terrible BO left from previous owner. Thankfully the dry cleaners were able to remove this odour. Secondly I had an alteration done to a dress I bought in Thailand where it fit well on the waist but terrible on the shoulders. They were able to provide a private room to change into the dress so I could show the tailor and as soon as he saw it he straight away recommended adding an elastic to the shoulders and chest area. He was so knowledgeable and the work done was fantastic. Could not even tell how he altered it, work was seamlessly perfect and actually looked more in fashion. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he mentioned he was an Algerian cook in Shenzhen. Work has always been completed quickly, both completed next day and prices were incredibly reasonable compared to my previous tailor in Ilford.
