        All reviews about reception are true. They cant even handle a simple change of address let alone more serious matters.

        They deserve a -5star review. Extremely unsatisfied with them as the reception staff is not good. They do not have any doctors appointments available. Only Genie (Nurse) appointments are available but even her appointments after few weeks. They do not know how to talk to the patients, how to treat them and etc

        Terrible reception staff, 0 customer service skills. When I challenged them for something they were not helping me with, they all started to ignore me and pretended they were busy, very childish behaviour. Doctors/nurses are very good and so were the old receptionists.
