What was most impressive about Kashif was his ability to manage to project independently of my physical presence or constant supervision. I would not hesitate to recommend or use him for future projects.!

I recently came out of a renovation nightmare with another property development company--they left me with a non-functioning shower with insane plumbing issues. They no longer felt any obligation to fix what they broke after being paid in full. Denham Crescent truly came to the rescue. They did excellent remedial work. They were efficient, communicative, clean and reasonable. I fully recommend them and would gladly work with them again.

I instructed Denham Crescent Ltd to split a commercial building into a mixed-use property in East Sheen to create 2 new residential units on the upper floors and retain a commercial space on the ground floor. Over the course of 9 months, Kashif and his team transformed the property completely. I was very happy with the result and how Kashif was always reachable. His team completed the building works on time and I would certainly recommend his company to other property owners to do building works.

Denham Crescent is excellent. I have now renovated and extended two properties by them and they also maintain my other properties. Very professional and excellent finish. Also do their best to keep costs down. Problems are dealt with promptly with effective solutions. In their eyes there is no such thing as a problem but only solutions to setbacks. I no longer need to go through the lengthy process of vetting organisations when required for new projects. I have no hesitation in recommending Denham Crescent.
