Massive thank you to cleaning spot today! Unfortunately they didnt have the exact part that I needed but the fact that one of the staff took so much time trying to find a way round it for me was amazing as what I was after was so specific. Thanks once again!

Terrible customer service. I made a large order to get free postage, all items were advertised as in stock. The same day I placed the order I had an email to say it had shipped. A few days later it had not arrived and when I checked with them they told me one of the items was out of stock and they were waiting for stock. I asked if they could send the rest of the order now and then send the other item when they get it in stock, so I wouldn't have to reorder and pay postage. They just refunded me for the other item and sent the rest of the order (over a week after I ordered). So now i'll have to reorder the missing item elsewhere and pay postage, as I will not be using cleaning spot again. It defeats the object of placing a large order to get the free postage. Please don't advertise items in stock if you don't have them, If I had known I would have placed my whole order elsewhere. When I complained, they just kept explaining what happened, rather than offering a solution.
