Warning! John appears to be a charming car salesman at first but became unpleasant and dishonest when I tried to return the car after giving several chances for him to rectify the issue. Its a shame as the car was nice and shiny on the outside. (Extended to cover Johns response) From buying the car to getting a refund I had to fly in and out of London from Geneva 5 times over an 8 week period. The fault was not the DPF as this would have set off the DPF dash warning light although the engine management light did come on an hour after collecting it. The Main issue was related to the 4x4 prop setup that enables the wheels to be powered individually for stability. Johns mechanic turned off the engine management light and said it worked perfectly. I flew in again and within an hour of collecting it had this uncomfortable vibration under acceleration. This time I went to two separate garages who both had the same diagnosis and quoted between 5-6k to rectify. I returned the car to John who said he would have it repaired. When I flew in again to collect it, it hadnt been repaired and instead I was offered some of the parts to take somewhere else and have it repaired at my own expense. This is when I decided to leave the car with John and take a refund however I was told by John that after researching me he noticed I was in the motorcycle trade previously and therefore this was a trade sale with no warranty implied or supplied and that I should collect my car as our business was done and that he had been helpful in taking a look at it this far. After I had sought legal advice John did make the refund. In stark contrast to the original calls and meeting to buy the car, returning to the office to effect the refund was an unpleasant experience. I do believe that the majority of vehicles he sells are in good working order and therefore smooth transactions are executed but under the circumstances where he could potentially be made out of pocket, I became the thorn in his side that exposed his willingness to operate in an underhand, unfair and unpleasant manner.

What a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with at JSW cars from start to finish. Never have I experienced such depth of knowledge about cars and the car industry from one dealer. Clearly JSW not only knows their stuff, but is also great to deal with. Which is rare. I would not hesitate to deal with John at JSW cars in the future and recommend to anyone searching for a vehicle.
