Very slow pharmacy services who are disorganised and poorly stocked Sometimes staff are rude, I think this down to poor organisation/structure of the place and working under pressure. My least favourite Boots store, I try to avoid it

I had to come a total of 3 times to pick up a prescription. The first time, it was closed, the second time an older black lady with curly hair was extremely rude and unhelpful, I had to sort things out myself and come back a third time. Awful, awful, awful. I will never pick my prescriptions from this pharmacy again.

Horrible service would give it 0 stars if possible no communication within the staff, they have no idea what is going on, they have items in the wrong place constantly and then are confused if something is on sale or not. One staff memeber is absolutely horrible, extremely rude to mothers with young ones and absolutely horrible to elderly, shes the one with a messed up mouth, she hurried and rushed an elderly lady constantly rolling her eyes. This boots is in need of a change as soon as possible

I had to come a total of 3 times to pick up a prescription. The first time, it was closed, the second time an older black lady with curly hair was extremely rude and unhelpful, I had to sort things out myself and come back a third time. Awful, awful, awful. I will never pick my prescriptions from this pharmacy again.
