        I booked this for me and my friend as a Christmas gift! Firstly I was emailed to say that they had changed the booking for both of us for 11.30am. I thought it was great but when we turned up, the place was closed and after 10 minutes the therapist turned up and said 'sorry I was on the toilet. She was the only person and didn't understand what I was saying. I annoying agreed that my friend should have the massage and I would just try to get a refund for me, as she clearly said she couldn't fit 2 in. My friend explained it was really bazare. They did not ask about any injuries and she was pulling quite hard on my friends arm. She then used clean and clear supermarket products as a "facial". To the point, this was no spa experience and I'm so ashamed that it's on groupon.

        Fantastic 2 hour pamper session.Hot stone massage was fabulous,great facial will definitely go back .Lovely woman who did my treatments.
