        Robita was a lady having a very rude behavior and without listening to me, she was explaining something which was not my question and then just tried to kick me out and when I said, I would be leaving you a bad review, she was yes please go for it. Natwest you really need to train to get well trained Staff. I was there to open a new account and to give you guys the business.

        40 mins in queue and still waiting, reckon in another 20 mins to wait. Only 1 cashier working. Terrible, I think they do this on purpose to deter customers from coming in, not everything can be done online
