Poor customer service. Unfortunately I am forced by the system to give one star. They don't deserve it. It was by far the worst experience, in a bank, for my entire life, and I'm 64. I'm seriously thinking to move to another bank.

The words are poorly when it comes to describe the experience at Barking branch. I can't give 0 or less as they deserve. Except the cashiers who are working in a professional manner ,the rest of the staff is there just to be rude and dismissive. Worst experience ever overall. Never been treated in such an unprofessional manner. By the way...where is the manager? Do they have one?
