Was very disappointed as I was in a queue waiting and one person at customer service chatting on her mobile rather than putting customers first, very unprofessional need better employers with skills and manners

Always find a way to make a deal out of everything. As its the nearest bank to me u usually have to withdraw money 2 to 3 times a week n sometimes i do t have id. Been visiting regularly n they still ask for id as if Im a different person every time. Its acc embarrassing this barking branch of Halifax. Customer service aint even a thing they know off
