        Its an absolute nightmare, theyre shutting call the banks down . They dont answer the phone for an hour , just gone completely worse

        Customer service is poor! Advised to complete an application online albeit to the website telling me that I need to visit a branch. Advice given was incorrect which has wasted my time. Avoid where possible!
