Reserved a car online. Chris in the sales team called me and advised that that whilst normally the reservation is valid for 48 hrs, he would extend by a day so we could test drive the car. We completed the test drive and were keen to buy. We were then advised that in fact the car was no longer available as had been reserved by someone else. The sales manager then said it was all our fault and Chris shouldn't have made these representations. No apology, no offer to find an alternative car. They let us walk away from a 40k sale - and it took 14 days and threats of legal action to get the deposit refunded.

I was a fully qualified lead for a performance vehicle from Wimbledon Audi. The sales team couldn't do any less to get the sale over the line, including wasting my time with a pointless trip to the showroom under the guise of a test drive which didn't happen. I am pleased to say that I purchased the vehicle from Walton Audi - who couldn't do more to help. **Follow up** I contacted Marshall Group after their reply below, and they didn't bother to respond. Take heed of this warning and shop elsewhere for better customer service.

One of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. Trying to book in for a service, even with Audi Roadside Recovery telling me to bring my car in, Audi Wimbledon aggressively told me over the phone that there's nothing they can do until May (optimistically!). 2 hours later, I'm booked in first thing tomorrow with Audi Farnborough, and they've given me the 5* treatment. Even the customer support at Audi UK couldn't believe how unhelpful and rude Wimbledon were. Remarkable.

Purchasing our Audi Q5 at our local Wimbledon Audi was a brilliant experience, from start to finish. I called the sales team and spoke to Nick. He listened to what i was after and quickly got on with some options for us. Both my husband and I felt valued and respected as customers and no request or wishes was to much to be fulfilled. Within a couple of days we went in for a test drive. We loved the car and Nick was excellent at keeping us informed on all the paperwork. A week later we drove home with our new car. Nick has since been in touch to ensure we are still happy and offer his help with anything else we may need. We will certainly be recommending Audi Wimbledon and especially Nick, to friends and family looking for a new car!
