We have rarely witnessed such a low level of professionalism than was shown by Ilkkan Bellikli on our our project and it was frustrating to hear so many excuses for why the results simply weren't forthcoming. Mr Bellikli still owes us a significant sum of money after he failed to account for the sums we paid to him on trust, failed to submit the planning application that we had paid for and failed to reimburse us the money we had paid him to transfer to the local authority. We are very disappointed in his conduct.

Fraudster Ilkkan Bellikli is full of excuses. He either doesn't respond to any of my emails of calls and if you are lucky he picks up and comes up with the biggest excuses. Once he received the payment you will never here from him or just his ongoing lies. This was a very very frustrating time and he was not willing to return any of the money paid even he didn't do the work he was paid for. Ilkan Bellikli still owes me significant sum of money we paid to him upfront on trust, failed to submit the retrospective planning application and on top he also failed to reimburse us the money we had paid him to transfer to the local authority. It seems like he is doing this to more people. Seems like his business model take money upfront and never delivers any of the things he supposed to do. For your own good ..stay far far away from him.
