        This firm is absolutely terrible, no professionality at all. They agreed an appointment time never turned up. I constantly had to chase them to find out what was happening. When speaking to the office they promised to call back with an update multiple times never did. Eventually got a txt 1 hour after the agreed appointment window to say they are not coming and to reschedule. Tried to call to reschedule and got no answer. Called multiple times today and still no answer. Considering the demand money upfront this service is terrible and their actions have caused me to believe that they are a bunch of scam artists who take your money and do not turn up. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM Service: Washer/dryer repair
