I was able to get a massage without an appointment this place is dirty and the doctor didn't speak English very well he thought I was pregnant when I'm not which was embarrassing for me. But the massage was able to help me.

i bearly walk with a terrible back to lower side pain, nhs could not help me, i manage to walk to this place herbs & acupuncture 21 station parade in Barking, to my surprise, the treatment of acupuncture and massage with a magic hand heal my pains, i was able to walk round the market to shop. it was amazing i feel better and hoping to do more treatment for complete healing. thank you, i am grateful

Absolutely terrible customer service. The so called lady at the front desk in the barking branch was unbelievably rude for no apparent reason.

I have had acupuncture since over 20 years for various issues and went there for my back pains and was offered the lot: acupuncture, cupping & massage. We agreed on acupuncture and massage and while the receptionist recommended the cupping she was not overly pushy as described by others. I guess it's their up selling. I bought a few sessions and my problems have drastically improved. The staff is very good, takes their time, listens to the problems and it helps me to recover.
