        Great service today picking up my wife and her elderly mother from hospital at short notice. Kept them updated on pick up time, provided help getting into car and drove smoothly. Very well organised and polite, will definitely use again.

        We pre-booked this taxi company after hearing good reviews and seeing the good reviews on google. We gave plenty of notice because it was a long journey and we were assured that the taxi was booked. The taxi never showed up and after calling, the company did not answer and proceeded to turn their phones off! We were very lucky that our kind friends let us stay but given the current COVID-19 situation this was highly inappropriate. We will never use this company again!
