Life Saver!!!! After 1 and half year having horrible experiences with my toy poodle and him being terrified of groomer, today at Linella Dog Grooming they managed to give Diego a proper cut and he wasnts terrified or anxious when I picked him up. Thanks so much ladies

Apologies, I have ambushed this review section to comment and query on the booking process. The top reviews speak for themselves so not commenting on groom quality, merely an ask about checking in with dog. When calling I was advised of an appt date and time? Great. However I was slightly baffled as to why the dog had to stay there so long? In short my dog would have have to be collected about 5hrs after appt time. Not sure why?? When I asked I was merely told it is due to having three dogs booked in together?? When I requested picking up sooner it was recommended I try a mobile groomer? We have tried numerous groomers (e.g Pets At Home etc) and we always collect approx 2hrs after appt time. Not relevant to cut n wash quality but process odd enough to put me off.

Cut our dogs paw and didnt tell us. This was not the first time shed cut the dog and not told us. We are done. Will never go back.

I've been using Linella to groom my dogs for 19 years. They have never let me down. Our dogs are always at ease and they look beautiful when they come home.
