    My personal experience of one to one workouts has been amazing very professional has helped me to get into shape with my restrictions. always friendly and willing to help for your needs. Mandy always on hand to advise and support. If you havent used them before your missing out. They cater the fitness for your needs and your lifestyle. Wish I had met them earlier in life.

    Mandys training sessions are fun and inspiring, but not easy. The workouts are personally tailored and you are given instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts with just the right amount of encouragement. The music is great and the atmosphere is pleasant. I like the fact you are the only person in the studio and everything is sanitised before and after each client. You will not do the same workout twice and you will definitely see the results, if you are true to yourself and put in the hard work. Nutrition also plays a part in your journey and Mandy tailors a food plan to compliment the exercise programme. It's a life changing experience and just a few simple tweaks in my diet and exercise programme has made a huge impact on my confidence and appearance. I highly recommend her and her gym, to all my friends and family.
