Bearwood Foot Surgery

Very disappointed First time Ive been to get issues with my feet looked at, called the place and made an appointment to get a first consultancy following issues with my feet, asked what the 30 fee would include was told it would be for consultancy and treatment, arrived on time and was told to remove shoes and socks place both feet in a bday to clean my feet and she would be back, after about 5 min the lady returned dried my feet, I then started to tell her about pain in my heal she pressed a couple of points around my foot trying to identify any areas of pain at one point I felt minor pain which was only slight she then asked if I had ever had acupuncture I said no she then explained that I would feel a sharp pain whe the needles go in, she then proceeded to insert 3 needless into my foot and said she would be back in 10 min after 10 min she removed the needles cleaned the area added a plaster type patch and said to put my shoes and sock back on, at no time did she mention the fungal infection which was clear to see on both my big toes and when I asked what a bout my nails she said that would be another visit and then when I challenged her on what a consultancy included she then said that I had asked for acupuncture, what a lie at no time did I ask for acupuncture feel the whole thing was misleading and cannot believe that a trained person would not pick up the fungal nail issue which is clear on a first consultation would not use this service again disappointed

Great experience, would recommend any day. I visit on a regular basis and it's like having walking on new feet!!!

Really great service. I walk 10 miles a day and get painful corns on the soles of my feet. These get really sore but after I've visited this place my feet feel so much better. For me the treatments last 6 months and at 28 that's a small price to pay for the way my feet feel after treatment. Incidentally, I have very sensitive feet, (I would balk at the thought of a foot massage!), but I do not feel anything like as jumpy as I thought with Rena. She is gentle, thorough, and let's me prattle away to distract me from the fact her hands and blades are working away on my feet! I have also been able to get my 88 year old mother to visit this place and she's very pleased with the service too. We are both returning customers.
